Reporting that boils data down to a decision — not dashboards that just look busy.
For an insurance company I built a Power BI report covering every process in their RPA estate — volumes, the path each item took through a process, and KPIs like estimated FTEs saved. It read active processes straight from the Blue Prism backend, so when a new process went live it appeared in the reporting automatically, no rework. I've also built drill-down financial dashboards inside the Filament CRM.
Power BI, DAX, SQL, data modelling — the usual toolkit. What I care about is reporting that's driven by a real question someone needs answered, not by what looks good or ticks a best-practice box.
Most reporting fails because it presents data instead of an insight. The work is the boiling-down: turning a pile of numbers into the one or two things that actually move a strategic decision.
